June Donation to the Pediatric Clinic of CINJ is Complete!

Happy Friday FBTH Family!

I hope everyone is doing well during this time! It sure has been a crazy 2020 so far, don’t you think?!

I am very happy to announce that we have made our first non-monetary donation since the pandemic started!!! We were able to mail a painting and 20 ‘Get Well Soon’ cards to the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ). If you have followed From Brush to Hear for a while, then you know that CINJ has been a very important to some of the members of our team.

During this pandemic, some of our team members (myself included) have not been able to go out and donate like we usually would, due to the heightened health risks. It warms my heart that we are able to make physical donations again.

Fun Fact: the cards that were donated actually came from the painters at our fundraiser back in February! The cards were supposed to be our March donation, but we had to hold onto them once the stay-at-home orders went into effect.

Furthermore, we have a lot of fun coming up for you this summer! Tonight is our first virtual fundraiser! We are having a Marble Paint Night! If you have the materials to participate, that is awesome, but if you do not that is okay, too. Join us for the video, and use our tips later on when you can paint.
