From Brush to Heart Crafts:

Bookmark Craft: Cut a 4x2in piece of card-stock paper, hold it lengthwise and punch out a hole at the top. Thread a piece of string through the hole and knot. Decorate the bookmark as you wish!
Mini Marble Painting: In a small (2oz) container, mix together 2-3 different paint colors. Do not blend them into 1 color. Hold your 3×3 canvas upright and pour the paint over the canvas from the top to the bottom. Move paint over canvas until completely covered. Let dry.
Paper Heart Mosaics: Cut out a heart (around 3x2in.). Punch out a hole at the top of the heart. Cut out 15-20 small pieces of construction paper (about 2cm big). Glue your small pieces onto your heart and hang up for decoration!
Pom Pom Craft: Take a piece of cardboard (3x1in) and hold it horizontally. Cut two, 1/4in. marks on the 1in. sides of the card board. One mark per side. Cut a piece of yarn that is around 10in. long, and another piece that is 3in. long. Using your 3in. piece of yarn, slide the string through both slits in the cardboard. A piece of yarn should be sticking out of both sides. Using the 10in. piece, wrap the yarn around the middle of the cardboard until the string runs out. Take the string out of both slits in the cardboard and wrap it around the middle of the yarn bundle; tie a knot. Slide all of the yarn off of the cardboard, and tie another knot on the other side of the yarn. Cut the ends of the yarn on both sides and fluff out. Enjoy! (A video version of these instructions can be found here.
Paper Garland Craft: Cut various shapes out of construction paper (no bigger than 2in.). Using a piece of string that is about 14in, glue your shapes up and down the string. Save 2 inches at the top of your string to tie a loop. Hang up and enjoy!
Breast Cancer Awareness Painting: Using a 8x10in canvas, alternate layering pink and white paint for a marbled effect. Let dry. Take pink ribbon and cut a 6in. piece. Loop the ribbon and angle the ends. Glue down the ribbons with hot glue. Give your painting to a survivor! Warriors, hang up your beautiful artwork as a small reminder of how strong and amazing you are.
Fall Greeting Cards: Cut out different fall shapes using colored construction paper. Glue your shapes onto blank cards. Write something nice on the inside, and distribute!

Valentine’s Day Flower Painting: Using a canvas (any size), paint green lines starting from the bottom in the same spot and fanning outwards. Paint between 6-10 green lines. The lines do not have to be perfect, as flower stems are not perfect! You can also paint leaves on your stems, if you choose. After your stems are done, paint large, narrow hearts at the top of each stem. These will be your tulip buds. I recommend alternating colors for each tulip bud to make your flowers stand out more. After your stems have dried, make a bow out of ribbon (the size and ribbon color is up to you). Hot glue your ribbon to the bottom of your bushel of flowers. Hang up your painting to admire your work, and enjoy!
