What a year, what a year, what a year! 2021 had almost as many twists and turns as 2020, but we made it through. And we had a lot of bright spots and cool opportunities!
This year:
-We donated 12 times to 10 different organizations, including Aldersgate Outreach Community Center, Pink for Africa, The Sickle Cell Disease Foundation, and Embrace Kids Foundation.
-We had 7 different fundraisers, bringing in over $800 in donations for our program!
-We celebrated our 6th anniversary as an organization on October 16.
-We held a Brunch and Paint fundraiser with 10+ attendees.
-For the first time, we held a paint and sip class for an outside organization. Thank you, Mattison Crossing, for having us!
As part of this end-of-year wrap up, I want to thank the board of From Brush to Heart for their continuous support of this organization. A special thank you to Leanne, our executive art director, for her help this year.
And thank you to all who donated to our organization, or attended one of our fundraisers. Your support means the world.
I am hopeful that we will have a beautiful 2022. From Brush to Heart will be on hiatus from December 24, 2021-January 10, 2022. We can’t wait to reconnect with you in the New Year!
