Hello Team FBTH!!!
On behalf of the executive board of From Brush to Heart, we want to give a big thank you to everyone who participated in card making, who talked to us about our program, and who bought a mini art kit this past weekend at Spring Fest.
We had an absolute blast getting to know the community and creating art with the residents of East Brunswick. Because of your help, we are able to donate 23 mini art kits and nearly 50 ‘Get Well Soon’ cards to persons in the hospital!
Furthermore, because of your generosity, we have collected nearly $250 in donations! This money will go towards buying art supplies for our upcoming donations!
We know that it can be tough nowadays to think that there is good in the world, and watching the news, it seems as though good just doesn’t happen anymore. But we want to tell you that there is good everywhere and in everyone. Keeping faith and building bridges in the community is how we thrive as a population. From Brush to Heart wants to thank the East Brunswick Recreation Department and the East Brunswick Arts Commission for continuing to bring together the community through art, culture and fun.
