Middlesex County Fair Success

Hi FBTH Family!!!

What a week, what a week, what a week. Life has been completely hectic from August 1st until August 7th, due to the Middlesex County Fair. It has been a great week,  because of some pretty amazing people, and I want to take a minute to give you some highlights:

1. From Brush to Heart had the pleasure of being next to the VFW of Milltown (on our left) and the Lawrence Brook Watershed Partnership (on our right). Both groups were so kind and generous the entire week; they really made us feel right at home. Thanks guys! Go check them out: lbwp.org and VFW of Milltown, NJ
2. We were able to collect over 100 ‘Get Well’ Cards for the people in the hospital this week, thanks to the great efforts of fairgoers. The cards that kids and adults alike made were sweet, inspiring, and the exact pick-me-up that will go great with our art kits. Thank you to everyone who participated!
3. From Brush to Heart would like to give a BIG thank you to everyone who donated to our organization. Thanks to you, we were able to raise $140 for our program! This money will allow us to donate art kits for the rest of this year.
4. Finally, thank you to the Middlesex County Fair Association for having us, thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped out with our booth, and thank you Team FBTH for all of your support!
